Having had a leak which damaged a lot of the floor, the client wanted the leak repaired and the new kitchen/utility supplied and fitted all as one job. We completely replaced the kitchen incorporating some bespoke units, which we have the facility to supply. The work surface, although it looks like granite/quartz is actually a new product manufactured by Formica called Aria. Which is a solid 20mm (3/4 inch) thick high pressure laminate solid surface. Being a solid surface allowed us to cut the breakfast bar to any shape the client wanted without having to edge the cut area. We replaced parts of the damaged floor, fixed new plywood to give us an excellent surface with which to apply the Ash wood luxury vinyl tiles. In the utility we used a less expensive matching worktop and kept most of the cabinets just giving it a face lift with new doors.
