The clients wanted to extend the kitchen (by knocking into another room) and making it more of a open plan living area. After deliberating with the clients on the best way to achieve this, we incorporated this extra space to house the existing American Fridge Freezer with the new built in oven and microwave, a utility sink with a hot water tap and storage. The client also wanted an island to house the hob and a ceiling extractor, we then used the island for multiple drawer packs and the sink run was used for storage cupboards. This then allowed the client to use the extra space to place their dining table and enjoy the open plan living area that they had been looking for.
